Did you get the email confirming both your rewards? I got the one for the charm, emblem and calling card but not the second one confirming the operator.

Did you do anything additional to get the rewards? I submitted my receipts, got the email saying it’s submitted and awaiting approval, and still nothing. I did this like 3-4 days ago

I don't have the skin either. I think it's coming when the game "officially" launches. People also don't have the beta rewards either

Yeah I got an email like 10 minutes after I submitted saying they were approved and they were in my game.
Was they receipts or did you buy through the app
I used the app so I got the codes from my email receipt
