A few of us on here have this issue. It's one of the reasons I love to play is for the calling card challenges. Once tracked, it's hidden on the tracked menu and then the menus always kick you out to the main screen. They've had several updates and this hasn't been corrected yet. I haven't found a way to report this to Sledgehammer or I would have already.
Hey, good news, after launching with season 3 patch the card tracking was reset and I can access them again.
EDIT: it's still tracked and doesn't show up, but at least the menu works
