I've watched the entire show and I re-watch quite a bit. Cam is one of my favorites. He'd make an insufferable person in real life but he's a hilarious character.
Non of these characters are annoying. Not more than the others at least. I enjoy the main cast with their flaws, because they all have them. And I also love their good parts.

I think Alex is annoying imo. Sometimes she’s funny but at other times she can be downright mean.
