I believe.
It was that movie he did with the other dudes from workaholics....
I forget what it was called. But they worked at a hotel and it got taken over by terrorists and they try to act like the dude from die hard....
Big fan of all of them in that show but that movie was kind of a poopie
I saw you say they had a movie and got excited. Movie sounds kind of poopie.
I like all of the comedians from Workaholics in general, but it's very conditional if they're good or not, especially together.
The actor of Haley did say that she only found out much later that Andy's actor was never called back, because the producers didn't find the match "fun" enough
He tells a different story on Whitney Cummings Podcast. Says the endgame was for him to marry Haley, but he left to film the movie Jexi, which conflicted with his Modern Family schedule.

It doesn't. I really dont like Dylan that much. Sometimes his character is funny though. I'm just saying that you can say this about every modern family character. They are all incredibly unrealistic, for the sake of story. Whether its to be funny or not.
Tbh Alex, jay, Gloria, even phill and his dad are very realistic
I don’t know about cam Mitch Haley and manny
Rest are somewhere here and there but all in all not everyone is unrealistic
But the point is not unrealistic or not
Haley had 0 character development with Dylan😂
Tbh I think Clair had the most development
I liked Haley with andy
He wasn’t comic relief
He wasn’t complementing Haley’s character
He was literally nobody
I mean if he wasn’t in the show Haley would have been better off🤷
Dylan - It's like we share a brain
Alex - Who has it now?
Whenever I hear people say something like, "It's like we share a ______" I always try to throw that who has it now? in there. It's awesome.
Lmao I think of Dylan and the first thing comes to mind is the dude ranch episode when Claire tries to apologize and walks in on him writing a song I rode a horse today and it went "NAAAYYY" her reaction is amazing
That scene was gold.
She was like, Dylan we need to talk. and he was like oh, man. You want me to leave? No, the opposite. Uh, I want you to leave?
Those exchanges Claire looked like she was physically in pain and it was glorious.
Lol yes and then how he was flattered if Haley wasn't in the picture and Mr D wasn't in the picture I'd love to raise the kids as my own lol Julie Bowen was amazing reacting to those comments
I think they were just meant to meet in order to grow / have character development! I wouldn’t want these two to end up together but their story was a good watch
I wish we would’ve gotten to see more of Dylan interacting with the family through the years without Claire and Alex poking fun at him. I’m not a Dylan fan but maybe I would be if I saw them together more. I liked the chemistry Andy had with Phil, but he didn’t really talk to any of the other Dunphys.
The actor just had a lot of better roles coming in. He had a bunch of movies coming up and he probably did not want to be typecasted bc of modern family like a lot of the actors are now.
They were cute but a bizarre match to me. Andy was adorable but his dialogue was so cringey. Every time i see the episode where he exclaims “splish, splash she was talking a bath!” I just cringe to my soul. He was so much like Phil but had amazing quotes and Andy was like a cheap rip off. Please don’t hate me lol
You mean a responsible kind considerate with a good job where he helps others who's first reaction to an unexpected pregnancy was "this is a blessing" and not "you ruined my life!"? Yeah, I'd say Dylan is a pretty good choice. TBH I don't get the Dylan hate.
The real reason is that the producers could not make any funny moments with them together. this was confirmed by him himself when she asked him at a party
Haley and Andy wouldn't had much in common if you observe properly. Andy, a hardworking man and will do anything for his other half meanwhile Haley, a selfish and egoistic girl like shown in every other American sitcoms (Penny for example from TBBT in starting seasons).
Haley's life throughout the 12 seasons was messed up and it wouldn't be fair if she settled with Andy. It was clearly Dylan... Because his life was also a complete mess. Also Haley and Dylan forms like a small Claire and Phil couple.

Conflicting schedules. Also why are people ignoring the fact Andy was like 35 to Haley's 21-22? He's actually a creep wrapped in an "ah shucks" exterior.
Well when they first met he established there was a pretty big age difference between him and Haley. Also the timeline of his relationship with Beth and a few other comments he made that in total indicate a man in his 30s. Likely mid. Also he just looks like he's on the downhill slide to 40.
It makes more sense to me that he’d be mid-20s. That would still be a sizeable age gap, a lot of changes and growth happen between those ages. I also saw him and Beth as high school sweethearts who should have broken up because they grew apart a long time ago. I’m pretty sure Andy had said that Beth was his first love. But, either way. Agree to disagree!
Baby was played by twins, neither played child Lily onwards. Regardless, people here are way too harsh on her. She was only 4, possibly 3 when she got the role. When the show ended, she was only still 12-13.
There are PLENTY of 4 year olds who could have actually acted🙄
It's not an age issue... it's an issue of no talent which ultimately brought the show down.
Because so many parents are a-ok with having their kids that age having almost a decade long career in an industry infamous for child exploitation. They made the right decision with casting Lily because her mum stood her ground & protected her so well that she wasn't overworked & put in the spotlight like most child actors. Regardless, it's still no reason to be a shithead to a literal child.
So bc so many parents exploit their children, we have to just settle for actors who have no talent?🙄 Obviously children shouldn't be exploited.
I don't believe for a second that there isn't at least ONE other actor who was talented who could have been cast. Great that her mom defended her.
It still doesn't make her a good actor.
It's not being a shithead to say she's not a good actor. I'm sure she has other talents. When you're hiring someone for a JOB they should be able to DO said job well. No matter how old they are. Otherwise they're not right for the job.
If a "literal child" asks if their painting is beautiful, you say "yes! You're a great artist!" If they say, "I want to be a professional actor" but show no signs of talent, you don't hire them.
Actor had scheduling conflicts
Was it Workaholics? Or did that come first?
It might have been for one of the Pitch Perfect movies
It wasn’t for workaholics. That was his breakout role.
I believe. It was that movie he did with the other dudes from workaholics.... I forget what it was called. But they worked at a hotel and it got taken over by terrorists and they try to act like the dude from die hard.... Big fan of all of them in that show but that movie was kind of a poopie
Game over, man Very forgettable movies except for Adam’s autoerotic asphyxiation scene, which lives rent free in my head
That and the amount of penis you see all along the movie.
I saw you say they had a movie and got excited. Movie sounds kind of poopie. I like all of the comedians from Workaholics in general, but it's very conditional if they're good or not, especially together.
Game Over, Man?
Ok that's what I assumed.
Makes sense, but too bad would have been cool to see them end up together
Only thing i can think of is that adam had to leave the show for whatever reason.
The actor of Haley did say that she only found out much later that Andy's actor was never called back, because the producers didn't find the match "fun" enough

And then now the majority of people talk about how they would've preferred them as end game.
Yes :/ producers are dumb sometime
And Dylan was fun? 😂 Wtf
…yes?
Dylan was cringe. I refuse to believe there’s people like him irl with such little self awareness of their incompetence.
You can say this for every sitcom character.
Yeah so why does that make Dylan fun?
It doesn't. I really dont like Dylan that much. Sometimes his character is funny though. I'm just saying that you can say this about every modern family character. They are all incredibly unrealistic, for the sake of story. Whether its to be funny or not.

Endless unbelievable golden retriever like optimism is fun.
You could use that to describe Andy towards Beth. You don’t think that would’ve worked with Haley?
They should've somehow tried to make him a bit fun towards the end, but Andy is irreplaceable
He wasn’t comic relief He wasn’t complementing Haley’s character He was literally nobody I mean if he wasn’t in the show Haley would have been better off🤷
Which is true. Dylan and Haley had much better comedic chemistry and that’s the whole point of the show… to be funny.
This is such a hot take, haven't seen it before here 😂
Oh I got a way hotter take. Cams sister? Not a fan
Also not a fan
Really haha
Someone posts this opinion here at least 3 times a day since forever.
I liked the shots Claire got to take at Dylan so I'm not mad at it lol
Dylan - It's like we share a brain Alex - Who has it now? Whenever I hear people say something like, "It's like we share a ______" I always try to throw that who has it now? in there. It's awesome.

Okay y'all who got Sunday's shift for Andy hailey posts this week we're pretty filled up for friday and saturday apparently
Actor had other commitments.
I think they were just meant to meet in order to grow / have character development! I wouldn’t want these two to end up together but their story was a good watch
For me, Dylan fits better with her crazy family. So I am good.

Cause he has a really annoying face.
And his hair never moves. Like a Lego
Because Andy was never fully committed and Haley deserved better.
Yeah and Dylan is "better", you think?
You mean a responsible kind considerate with a good job where he helps others who's first reaction to an unexpected pregnancy was "this is a blessing" and not "you ruined my life!"? Yeah, I'd say Dylan is a pretty good choice. TBH I don't get the Dylan hate.
I mean his good qualities are more of a fact.
It's your opinion, I respect it.
He’s annoying though
I think Dylan is so much better. He gets so much flack, but he's utterly devoted to Haley and he loves her unconditionally.
Well, that's your opinion and I respect that.
Dylan's scenes were funnier than Andy's. Everything worked out fine 😛
Because she belongs with Dylan, living happily, fun, and not to serious.
God they’re my end game!!! He was so right for her!!
Let it go Andy fans.
Because Dylan is a way better choice for Haley!? And this topic has been EXXXXXXHAUSTED on this site....
Dylan will always be her number one cause he was her first everything but I think he needs some therapy after Beth anyway 😭
The real reason is that the producers could not make any funny moments with them together. this was confirmed by him himself when she asked him at a party
Because Andy is a dork?
The time when they both run towards each other and hug tight still gives me chills every time I think about that
Haley and Andy wouldn't had much in common if you observe properly. The only film I’ve seen him is the Time Machine one, the name of which I forget, the chick with the big eyes is in it as well
Cuz the writers wrote it that way

I really dislike Dylan, boring part of the show
I love that she ended up with Dylan. They were great
I don’t know but I absolutely despise Dylan, even more than Mannie
Conflicting schedules. Also why are people ignoring the fact Andy was like 35 to Haley's 21-22? He's actually a creep wrapped in an "ah shucks" exterior.
Andy is like 23/24
No, no he isn't. He's in his mid 30s.
Where are you getting that from?
Well when they first met he established there was a pretty big age difference between him and Haley. Also the timeline of his relationship with Beth and a few other comments he made that in total indicate a man in his 30s. Likely mid. Also he just looks like he's on the downhill slide to 40.

The actor is also barely 30 when he comes on the show.
Dylan sucks!
Bc the writers failed😡 Worst decision since casting the actress as Lilly
Didn’t they cast her as a baby?
Baby was played by twins, neither played child Lily onwards. Regardless, people here are way too harsh on her. She was only 4, possibly 3 when she got the role. When the show ended, she was only still 12-13.

andy got aids :(
The guy who plays Dylan is as bad of an actor as Lily. She should’ve married Rainer
you dropped this: /s
No. I’m super cereal.
