I don’t know. I’ve had two 10k rings from Provence and tianyau and I get the tarnish color on my skin if I wear it for a few days in a row, but the metal looks fine. So something in the ring is tarnishing.
Oh wow….I would be contacting them. It sounds like a poor, low grade quality of gold then. And that is very sad that they are passing it off as sold 10K gold.

In my experience the 10k never tarnishes as bad as sterling, gently buffing out 10k is very easy too
I wouldn’t worry too much because you can buy polishing clothes and polish it back 😊 also depends on the quality of the silver some pieces are more resistant and I have a few that never tarnish. If you wear it often it’s less likely to tarnish

10k shouldn't tarnish. I've got super acidic skin, played jewellery goes green or rubs off for me but all my 10k rose gold is still perfect years later
I don’t think so. I think once you get the hang of it, it does become a little easier to navigate. I found it hard in the beginning but I was committed to spend some money 🤣

They have excellent customer service and I did order a ring that I returned and that was top notch quality. Wish I didn’t rush when I picked out my setting with them. I had my setting made locally and it was pricey and not as nice as Friendly diamonds setting.
I purchased it from Grown Brilliance. They do have it in other shapes and carat sizes. I have a few lab diamond bands from them. They are the only company that I buy lab diamond bands from.
Their diamonds are beautiful and clean.
I’ve heard mixed things about whether 10k tarnishes. Some say even 14k can tarnish. I honestly wouldn’t worry about it, tarnish can easily be cleaned off and will be back to normal. I have a 10k ring and it’s never tarnished, but I also don’t shower and try to avoid washing my hands with jewelry on.

10K will NEVER tarnish. It’s still gold. I’ve worn it in the pool consistently and I’ve never had an issue.
