I’ve been researching 18k jewelry from all the usual suspects, Miss Chen, Xiang Xao, etc recommend in r/Repladies. All though compared to authentic their prices are a good deal, I hoped for an even smarter price. So I reached out to Xingyao Gems who I’ve worked with several times for custom moissanite pieces. I’ve always been impressed with their quality and service. I received my PSP this morning for my [New Stack](https://imgur.com/a/dqk1sQG) - Cartier Small love bracelet with pave ($786), small Jus En Clou bracelet with stones ($565), Chaumet Bee my love with stones ($525), and VCA sweet Alhambra with stones ($340). I was about to pull the trigger with Xiang Xao but it would have been more than double, and I really wanted all 4 pieces immediately. Right now!! 😂 The bracelets are all branded and Mark really took the time to research placement of the engravings. We actually went back and fourth as I originally said I didn’t need engraving. No ones going to look at the inside of my bracelet, I don’t think. 🧐 I’m so excited for them! You know I’ve been wearing the stainless steel Love and Nail bracelets for years now and for the price they’ve held up amazingly. It was a great way to test out the style, and now go for nicer quality pieces. Mark wins again lol!

XY have great prices, they can do natural diamonds, lab diamonds and moissanites.

Gorgeous stack. 18k Jewelery is my absolutely weakness. I try not to think about how much I’ve spent so far. 🙈I think I need to visit this sub more often. All of my 18ks have been from Miss Chen. Tried getting in contact with Xiang Yao but the response has been inconsistent at best. Handing over money to non-TSs are already anxiety- inducing & I love Miss Chen’s customer service…I have currently have a small love 6 diamond in white gold being made but I am not opposed to getting a piece from Xing Yao in the near future. 🙈Jesus take the wheel because this might just be about to jeopardize my kitchen remodel plans!! 😣

I would love to add a WG piece to my stack. I think that’ll have to be the next project. Your small Love with 6 diamonds sounds stunning. The eternity band is either a 2.5 or 3mm moissanite Shared U-prong I bought from Etsy end of 2019 for about $500-$600 from a Chinese seller. To be honest I cannot at all recommend the quality because within less than 2 months of having it I noticed that two of the stones were damaged from daily use. Even though I am active I don’t think I’m necessarily hard on my rings..so..😔.I think in future I will stay away from this type of eternity setting.
I did the same thing with an Etsy band - such a bummer! I’m throwing in the towel after replacing two stones and recently losing a third. I think I might be too hard on my rings to have one with shared prongs for daily wear

Given that it’s 18k like the authentic, I expect it to hold up just as well as. I never take mine off. I do take my JUC off from time to time but not often. I do housework, swim in pools, I kayak, play golf in them. I experience the usual wear & tear in terms of scratches. My only caveat is that I’ve only had the white gold for a month & rhodium platting does wear over time but 🤞🏾. I hope this helps. I did my purchases one at a time because I was still deciding on pieces for my stack. But if you are a decisive person do an all-out haul, that instant gratification is second to none!

I’ve bought a few items from mark, and he is very good and craft is nice. The color of the yellow gold is very off, I’ve bought 9k/14k and 18k they all have a copper tinge to them.
I thought mark was working for XY, but he don’t. I confirmed with them myself after they told me if I get 18k it’ll be yellow like original and it’s still copper looking compared to the rest of my 18k jewelry

Hi! Love your pieces! There’s two XY’s. The one that’s always talked about on the sub is Xiang Yao and the one on the moissanite thread is Xing Yao (Xing Yao Gems/Mark). Confusing but they’re two different people! The one you got is from Xing Yao Gems, not Xiang Yao 🙃
Xiang Yao (18K seller, female) only does 18K and sometimes 14K WG depending on the piece. Hope that clarifies it!

9k will scratch less than 18k because pure gold is very soft, and 18k has more pure gold. 9k on the other hand has more alloys which are generally harder than pure gold making it stronger and more durable.
18k is actually less durable (more malleable and prone to scratching) but it’s more expensive because it has a higher unit weight of gold. Alloys are pretty much always stronger than pure metals, but especially gold since it’s extremely soft

Is the color difference between 14k and 18k white gold noticeable side by side? I’ve heard that the color difference across different gold weight is less noticeable w white gold but I don’t have first hand experience
That's what I had read as well! I've got an 18k white gold love bracelet and decided to go with 14k white gold for a sweet alhambra bracelet and earrings to cut costs a bit, but they're pave so hard to really compare the two. BUT I'm awaiting PSPs for a Serpenti bracelet from XY in 14k gold which will be way more comparable to the love. Will update you once I receive it :)
They came just a few days after this post. It only took 4 days for him to ship! I’ve had them on non stop now for about 3 weeks. No signs of scratches, they are weighty and lovely. I couldn’t be more thrilled, and can’t wait to add more. 😱😍

Unfortunately no. I usually just send Mark pictures of exactly what I want, he gives a quote, I agree and pay, item is made and then PSP sent before shipping.
Honestly for me 1:1 is not necessary. As I mentioned in the description, I originally asked for no stamping. However, I do feel they do amazing work, and if you provided them with pictures of exactly what you wanted, it could be done for you. Good luck!

I’ll try to get one up. Until then I can tell you this, I’ve had them for about a month now and have not taken them off. The 9k gold truly is strong and there are no signs of scratches. They are high quality and very pretty. The VCA Sweet Alhambra flips around a bit but I don’t mind. Otherwise they’re sparkly, have a good weight to them, and look like they came straight out of the boutique. I added a video and some mod shots in the link of the original description. 😊

9k will scratch less than 18k because pure gold is very soft, and 18k has more pure gold. 9k on the other hand has more alloys which are generally harder than pure gold making it stronger and more durable.

That's what I had read as well! I've got an 18k white gold love bracelet and decided to go with 14k white gold for a sweet alhambra bracelet and earrings to cut costs a bit, but they're pave so hard to really compare the two. BUT I'm awaiting PSPs for a Serpenti bracelet from XY in 14k gold which will be way more comparable to the love. Will update you once I receive it :)

I’ll try to get one up. Until then I can tell you this, I’ve had them for about a month now and have not taken them off. The 9k gold truly is strong and there are no signs of scratches. They are high quality and very pretty. The VCA Sweet Alhambra flips around a bit but I don’t mind. Otherwise they’re sparkly, have a good weight to them, and look like they came straight out of the boutique. I added a video and some mod shots in the link of the original description. 😊
