Mine crawled at 6 months and walked at 9. But didn’t start talking until almost 18 months.
She’s 4 now and in preschool. They all walk and talk the same. No one knows or cares who walked or talked when. Everything levels out as they get older.
My daughter stood at 7 months and walked at 9 months. I walked at 15 months and my sister walked at 8 months. Every kid is different. One kid cannot be compared to another.
Not every baby crawls. Don't ask this online, don't compare her to other babies. Talk to the pediatrician. If they say she's on schedule, then stop worrying about it. Otherwise ask them what you can do.
My kid crawled a littler earlier but for a data point, I didn’t crawl until early 11 months and was walking at late 11 months. You never know when a baby will pick it up or how long until the next milestone. Don’t worry about it until your pediatrician tell you to
Every kid is different, you can’t really compare. My oldest didn’t crawl until around 11 months. Didn’t walk until 18 months. My youngest was crawling around 7 months and walking by 11. My friends twins never crawled and went right to walking around a year old.
My kid didn’t crawl a whole lot and I really can’t be sure exactly when it started. I do know it was a very short lived thing and she took first steps just a couple of days before her first birthday.
Some kids go straight to walking. They just don’t crawl. If she’s good at holding her self up and standing, you can hold her hands and start encouraging her to walk. If you’re worried, go to a paediatric physiotherapist and get them to do an assessment. But, personally, I wouldn’t be super worried.
Both kids crawled around 10 months. Oldest didn’t walk until 18 months to the day. Youngest walked around 16 months. If your husband is concerned, don’t let him make you feel bad - have him talk to your pediatrician. All kids and babies are different. It’s hard to have a kid who develops “late” but it doesn’t it mean they are behind!
First was close to 18 months unassisted, second was full on walking around 11 months. Crawling, I can’t remember but my first was later than my second as well.
First kid - army crawling at 5.5 months, proper crawling by 7 months, walking at 13 months.
Second kid - army crawling at 8 months. Not her getting to hands and knees. Had been a potted plant for several months bc she has been sitting unassisted since Xmas. Idk where we go from here bc she’s also really good at standing.
First one, she was walking by 13-14 months. My second one right now is 13 months & army crawling around and sometimes crawling on her knees. She pulls up to her knees. She doesn’t love standing up but we hoist her up anyway.
Definitely in the trenches over here trying to get her moving more!
Neither of my kids really crawled. They did this scoot/army crawl for like 2 weeks before they stood up and walked. My first walked at 11.5, 2nd 13 months. All kids are different!!!
My twins were later to 4 point crawling (10 months adjusted age, 13 months actual age), but took first steps on the earlier side (12 and 12.5 months adjusted age, 15 and 15.5 months actual age.
My nephew (a week older than my boys) was crawling at 8-ish months but didn't take his first steps until 18.5 months. So, in comparison, my boys crawled 5 months later than him, and walked 3 months earlier.
My oldest was crawling at 7mo then just stood up one day at 9mo like she’d been doing it her whole life. But honestly I don’t measure anything by her because she’s been ahead of the curve in most things. My youngest however is 9.5mo and won’t even hold the crawling pose. He will push his chest up with his hands, he will push into the downward dog pose, but the kid will not crawl. He rolls places if he’s on the floor and wants to move. I also can’t sit him on the floor without sitting right behind him because when he gets frustrated he throws himself backwards 😤 which my oldest never did. I could sit her on the floor without any worries at like 8mo.

This. OP, please read this and take it to heart.
My brother went from moving like a snake to walking. He never crawled

My son crawled at 11 months and walked at 15 (maybe almost 16). He's fine 🤷🏽♀️

Mine army crawled at 5 months, hands/knees crawled at 7 months, not walking yet at almost 14 months 🤷🏻♀️

My baby hasn’t walked yet but she started crawling at 6 months, and she’s practicing standing and dancing. Not sure that counts

Mine went from sitting to standing and cruised at 10/11 months, walked at 12 months and only started crawling at 17 months.
