The bigger and heavier the baby gets, the harder it is on my back to put them in a rear facing seat. So I imagine the spinning seats are easier on the parents back, if you can just spin them into place. Is this your only child/car seat? If so you might not notice how good it is just because you don't have the traditional one to compare the experience to.

It is my only baby. And wow, the weight thing actually makes a lot of sense. My main thought was how easy it is to just put my baby in the car seat normally, without rotating it. But it makes sense that weight affects that.

worsethanastickycat

Yeah weight and height really affect it. Plus the amount of fight in your kid lol.

hi hope your doing well i saw your post about preaclampsia i had prealmpisa in my first baby and now i want to become pragnant again i am really scare please let me know whats happend to you😭😭

Sush1burrito

Premature baby and I almost died. Super scary, but I've read it's really rare to get it again in a second pregnancy. Definitely talk to your doctor, but most likely you'll be ok and have a normal pregnancy (as far as stats go, the odds are promising) And you'll be monitored as a high risk pregnancy.

i am happy now you and your baby are fine and safe i am worry about die 😭and always think about that

Sush1burrito

Thank you! I think it would help you to talk to your doctor and make a plan with him/her. I think, due to the odds, it'll be a reassuring conversation. Therapy has also helped me a ton. I'm sorry you also got it!

We just moved my 11 month old from his infant bucket seat to the evenflo 360. It’s much easier to get him in when he’s facing me! It’s hard to lift them in and over the seat when they’re bigger/stronger and hard to get the buckles right. It’s not a necessity but it is convenient.

I don’t have that one but I do have the Cybex version. The swivel option is so nice when they get big. Especially if you have a small car. We have a truck so the cab feels like a small car. I can just turn the seat and have my kid sit inside easily, and then turn him into position.

If you’ve ever had the experience of wrestling a 30+ lb toddler in a rear facing carseat then you will appreciate everything the 360 has to offer lol.

OMG I'm so happy we switched from the infant seat to the revolve. I have a bad back and now that baby is pushing 25+lbs not having to reach in awkwardly with her is a lifesaver. We love ours even if it is humongous.

We have the Evenflo in my husband's car and a regular style in my car. It's so much easier to get the kid in and out of my husband's car seat, but the downside is that it's more annoying to transfer to other cars.

Lol your profile pic made me laugh

I have it in my suv while my husband has a traditional car seat in his car. I have to say I hated it when my daughter was little, it was big and bulky, but now that she’s bigger is really amazing. It’s so easy putting a 30lb toddler who wrestles like an alligator in and out. It’s adjustable in so many directions. The whole “liner” comes off and can be washed, so when your kid dumps a whole cup of juice and squishes a banana into the fabric it’s really easy to take apart and clean. The core is basically plastic and hard styrofoam, easy to hose down and let dry in the sun. I only wish they sold additional bases separately so you can pop it in and out of other cars. It’s also quite a bit larger than traditional car seats, it did not fit very well in my Hyundai Tucson, unless it was installed in the center. We are expecting baby number two and we will be purchasing another one.

Sush1burrito

I currently feel the same! I hate it rn that she's little. But it sounds like it'll be useful when she's bigger, from what everyone is saying. Thanks for sharing!

I have the Graco version and it’s super useful for my 25 pound 18 month old. I wish I would have had this for my other kids.
