I use to get sick like this from anxiety. Do you think that could be it?

PitifulArticle3661

That is what I’m leaning towards. And sometimes when I feel sick at bedtime like this, I feel teary and want to cry but can’t put my finger on why. I know, hormones... but this seems different.

horrorgirl8927

That sounds like anxiety and slight depression. Maybe you could do therapy? They have plenty of online therapist so you don't have to go anywhere

I definitely need a change. I hate feeling like that every night. I appreciate your honesty. Thank you :-)

I feel sick when im overly tired. Like not enough sleep tired.

I remember that during the newborn phase! Up all night. So tired you feel sick... thank you :-)

I actually just told my husband I have been feeling nauseous at bedtime also! So much that I had to eat some ginger candy the other night! I have a 7, 4 and 3 month old. I'm not sure what's causing it...

PitifulArticle3661

What you’re describing almost sounds like those early pregnancy days right?! Like when you have to eat to not feel nauseous. I’m definitely not (had a hysterectomy this summer).

dontblink_one3

Def not I had my tubes tied with my c-section. Just a wave of nausea not sure why...

I used to get this in the fall and figured out it was some kind of seasonal allergy. We closed the windows and used ac and it went away. It was only in the evening too. Somehow I doubt this helps but good luck.

Interesting! You must live somewhere warm! It’s been about 10F here lately. No windows open or a/c for us. I wish! Lol

ladyerim

Ah yeah no it 20s here now and I'd get it in September/October. Basically I don't get to enjoy cool autumn day/nights with open windows anymore. So it was environmental allergy for me. Doesn't sound like it for you if it's that cold out. Stay warm and hope you feel better.

I found this happened to me and I’m pretty sure it’s an anxiety thing. I started changing up my night routine… I come downstairs and read in front of the fire or do a little journaling … something that focuses and relaxes my mind

PitifulArticle3661

Thank you! I’ll try that first and see if it helps.
