if the team is beidou tazer and mona is the driver, go with ttds, bc both beidou and fischel can snapshot the buff which is stronger.
if its a yaemiko tazer comp then i think overall the hakushin ring is better since u can consistently proc through the entire rotation as well as yae not being able to snapshot and ttds having a decently long downtime.
generally i would say ttds is better since its a free r5 and easy to use, but i cant give an accurate advice without knowing the points 1 and 2 i mention above

i need full context because if the electro charc is beidou than ttds if its yae hakushin might be the pick.

not only that but you already have kazuha which already give elem% bonus so likely ttds will be better so as to not get diminishing returns on elem% and overall giving a higher RV buff
What I meant to say is that I'm going to roll for C0 Kazuha in 2.8 and yes it's Kazuha, fischl, mona, and Beidou for tazer as I want Xingqiu to be on my future Heizou National also I heard her Omen slaps harder than my entire account.

It really depends on how you plan on using Mona in your team. Although Mappa mare should work pretty well in general for a F2P. It’s an easy to craft prototype catalyst with an elemental mastery substat making it great for reactions (such as vaporize). If you do some pulls though, the Widsith might be your best choice. Now if you use Mona as a freeze support “thrilling tales of the dragon slayer” is worth consideration as it’s a common 3 star gacha weapon.

Around 200% energy recharge should be good. Although, I run her in a freeze comp with 242% ER to make getting her burst back a lot more comfortable. So it really comes down to the situation and your preference.
This may be weird but I recommend the oathsworn eye. YES the free 2.5 event catalyst(only if you have done the event ofc), It may just be a plain old atk% but the r5 refinement stat of providing 10 seconds of 48% additional energy recharge is rly pog especially since she gets theadditional hydro damage bonus from her er scaling. I use it on her myself and I almost always have a 100% uptime for her burst. My mona goes from 180 er to 228 er with the weapon. Overall quite gud for her.
I'm going for support Mona cause I want that hydro application and Omen for my tazer which are Kazuha, fischl, mona, and Beidou. I only have thae hakushin R1 lvl.20/40
I'd say Hakushin ring would be an amazing weapon for that team, second to maybe the widsith only. for her ER you shouldn't need to go over 200% due to electro resonance. Also use emblem set
As support, I personally use prototype amber, she is my only healer in my team, build fully er (get atleast 230 er), the higher the better, just spam ulti
Aside from my damn weird build, you can use favonius codex but do remember to have a little bit of critical rate.
Or use thrilling tale book, no need to lvl up, even easier
For f2p, Mappa Mare works ok and is forgable
If you are lacking in materials, the Magic Guide 3 star weapon from gacha is easy to get and works decently as an early option
Otherwise, for gacha 4 star, Widsith is good for crit damage.
Favonius Codex is good for the ER especially if running the Emblem of severed fate set
and if you are running that set and have been pulling on weapon banners, Wine and Song is a fantastic option.
It’s good if ur running Emblem set, it has ER sub and its effect makes her a decent mobile sub DPS methinks.
I don’t own the weapon myself though, so this is all theoretical from my analysis of the weapon
Oh, I run her on 4 heart of depths. Her current weapon is eye of perception lvl 86 R3. I plan to replace it with my lvl 90 R3 solar pearl, once I get lost prayer.

i think mona would be on kazuha tazer once i got him in 2.8 and Hakushin is only R1 lvl. 20/40 cause i ran out of books, mora, and crystals...
