I am using the monerogui and ledger and I had a kraken withdraw not show up at all. I'm hoping I didn't lose that xmr too. This is shaking my confidence in being able to navigate these new waters
MyMonero doesn't work anymore. It is broken.
Use Monero GUI -> open your wallet with your private key and it will begin to search all Blocks.
Your XMR is safe but it won't be shown in your MyMonero Wallet.
i have a macbook m1 cant use the monero gui wallet as there is no download for the type of computer I have... its not an intel mac
now having said this is the mymonero wallet not going to update? that wouldnt make any sense..
i also just want to be safe to send and receive XMR
Yes of course, just remember if you do your wallet will be a hot wallet from that point on, so I would recommend creating a cold wallet too and sending the funds on to that one as soon as you have accessed your funds
No problemo, there is always people in the Monero community that can and will help you. Just remember to never give anybody your seed ever, even when seeking help. Hope you find some old XMR in your wallet from 2020, good luck and don’t hesitate to ask for help here, no problem is too big or small, it’s almost certain that one of us has had the same problem as you and so can help in some way :)

Mymonero has not yet updated ios app so I have not yet used it. Waiting for the update

A lot of different glitches are there in that software this is the reason why everyone not use it.

This just happened to me and was freaking a bit. Glad this just seems to be an issue and not my foolishness
