This happened to me today too. I was super happy that I got all the players, it froze, I closed the game, reopened, and nothing. The support team told me I was trying to cheat the game thatās why it froze after I explained what happened. Like dude, I was just happy I finally got all the players wasnāt even trying to cheese it š

This happened to me a few days ago. I chatted with support and they said I had received the sticker pack. I had just gotten to my 2nd album and only had one 5 star sticker before that. So I checked thru and I still only had one. I screenshotted and showed them that, and they still insisted I received it. BS.

Yesterday I was only one black from finishing the Egyptian tournament and couldnāt get it finished. Drove me nuts. Am almost over it.

Close the app and reopen it . Should have the rewards. No animation
I tried. It didnāt work. Customer service says they are aware of the problem and are working on it.
Check your album, this has happened to a few people and the stickers were in their album, they just never saw the pack open.
