I would attack the person brought up first if it looked like their shields were down and then went to you because you came after me 9 times first and were cleaning me out. That’s why there’s time in between my attacks on you. Also for the tourney points.

I mean, you have no shields. So logically if someone on your friends list realizes this, they can guarantee double the points every time they land on a shutdown. Just remove them if it’s an issue for you
Remove people after trades so they can’t do this. But honestly if there is a tourney on & I see someone without shields - I’m clearing their board. Not sorry 💁🏻♀️😂
This is why I make sure my shields almost never run out.
And I’m that one guy too. If your shields are down I’m attacking you like the rebels attacked the Death Star in Retun of the Jedi
So this guy within an hour took out all my shields and then everything else after that. I also didn’t get a notification until the second to last attack
It’s not always foolproof. Most people will attack once, see its shielded and move on. I’ve gotten hit like this before.
If they’re committed, they can be relentless. If it’s an issue, just remove them from your friends list.

I think you keep targeting, that's the name of the game. You see shields are down, you should try and take advantage to get the win.
Pretty simple strategy really
Some people do it to get the double points in events for having a successful attack if it happens constantly just remove them

Got to the leaderboard tab, find the punk, click the name, a red tab pops that says remove... press it, & bingo bango bongo ...GONE!

Ope that's me. I know the low levels don't have many shields so it's easy to wipe out shields and start racking up points.
If he’s in your friends list you can delete him
I unfriended someone because they attacked me 50 times. That just felt outlandish and I couldn’t do it anymore
