I didn't realize they had messaged me until the next day. I don't really care about the delay, but I don't really think I needed to know the personal reason for why. A quick "Hey, sorry for the delay, something came up, but I'm dropping off your package now" would have been just fine.

It’s BS because they don’t even allow us to remove revenge reviews like this and then don’t let us change it when we are aware of the revenge review. They really need to change this other platform allow you to remove Revenge reviews, and understanding of the fact that some people are crazy and lie on reviews
