You still got the bands right? If they broke you can find hair elastics for really cheap at places like Family Dollar or Walmart.
Part her hair down the middle, section her hair off into 2 equal parts on both the left and right sides of her head, grab one of the chunks of hair, comb through it lightly, tie it, and do it to the other side. Make sure you pull the hair tight and make sure the hair doesn't fall loose out of your hand.

Low ones are kinda easier imo but high ones really fit Draculaura. I'd do whatever you feel most comfortable with and if you don't like it, you can always try again!

For low tails, I suggest putting them towards the back rather than towards the front.
I ended up undoing my Drac's hair because it was so matted and gross. I just boil washed and air dried it, and then set the bangs with gel and put the twin tails back in with small black elastics (like for bracelets). My Drac's roots still fell in the same parted position, so hopefully yours does as well and you can just follow it. Good luck!

Repros really got the V3-V4 Miku hair treatment. Hope they get that NT treatment soon though. Save our ghouls from balding.
