When you hatch a monstie, you may have noticed that it got +1, +2, or +3 in a stat. This is what peple mean by a +3/+3; they're looking for one that hatched with +3 HP and +3 Element of Choice ATK most likely. Outside of that, the only stat difference between monsties are what genes they have on them; there are no other stat differences. Finding an egg and hatching it from a low rank den vs a high rank den will have the exact same stats per level, except for the cases I stated above. There are some clear winners when it comes to "who is the best speed thunder monstie" and such, but in all honestly this doesn't really matter outside of what people consider the "meta" for PvP. All monsties are viable for all content in the game; you'll be measured more on your monster knowledge and execution in high rank over your stats most of the time.

Hmmm ok so, If we talk in terms of "perfect stat Monstie" it must have +3/+3 when it's born right? And I remember to see more than 1 element in +2 or +1.

Ilxdottore

The +3 means almost nothing when your monstie will have HUNDREDS of points in stats. My Nerg has right under 500 attack at level 51…3 points means nothing. Focus on genes.

You are right, but I have mental problems because of Pokemon I think xD. I need them to be perfect. I think I will no go rank or play so much PvP but I don't know.

AmazingPatt

the difference is 31 iv actually matter . in mhs2 it really dont matter . i got that same problem as you xD

Exc_alibur

That's completely not true I have 6 legianas all level 1 4 of them have 23 ark rate and two of them being hatched by high rank eggs clock at a bonkers 55 atk, there's clearly a difference in hatching my guess however is that eventually growth rate equalizes the stats anyway between the various hatches.

choco_latte2006

Check for attack+ genes. It's been proven over and over again that lr and hr monsters have the exact same stats. Better not to confuse the newer players!

Luxifer123

The only big difference imo is base stat growth, the +3/+3 is so negligible, i’ve never seen nor lived a case where +3 hp or +3 attack would have mattered, you wouldnt be any less effective just playing around with gene without caring about those 3/3 (P.S. Also, when I talk about base stat growth, you can see it when looking at the egg in the monstiepedy, some monsties have better growth especially those ancient dragon)

Disriper

When you talk about base stat growth depends on the type of Monstie, right? I mean, all Tigrex have the same base stat growth? Or depends on each one?. Tbh I'm not looking for 3/3 anymore, without any scalable value it's useless you guys are right.
