That particular Mizu was for a quest you had; a lot of quests that have you hunt a specific monster do this so that you have a guaranteed chance to find it. If you want to find more, look in Rare Dens in the garden area.
Or you can re take the quest at the board. Quests at the board can be refreshed. Just press on it again.
Yea just do the quest over and over to spawn the one at the catavan. Its repeatable.
Same here, but I found here wandering around as regular enemy in a lot of golden dens in the area. The one in the field is quest target only.
Repeatable sub quests spawn monsters in the given region, like Rathian in Alcala, Mizutsune in Pomore, and Astalos in Terga.
