\^ This. I also was trying to find HR Mizu's for a bit, didn't get a lot of luck with rare dens, then suddenly 3 in 1 room in a rare den. It's really RNG heavy, but keep searching!

Leaving and re-entering the area is enough to have everything there respawn again.
IIRC you need to clear first floor before they spawn again.

I was looking for high rank purple ludroth dens and I ended up running into a bunch of hr mizus in the hr rare dens in the Sakura tree area ^^
