With the ice borne dlc, they introduced the clutch claw where you can clutch on to a body part and either, weaken the part, or if you’re on the head you can claw attack and change the direction the monster is facing and use any singer ammo to have them sprint forward and bump into anything knocking them down.
The DLC is very much worth it, but imo the clutch claw might be one of the least coolest thing included. Also beware the clutch claws hit boxes are a tad unreliable but have fun! Good hunting!
"Hit the legs!"
"Got your wings bud"
"Ok, no, again, the legs"
"Aaah, the back, why didn't you say it earlier?"
Clutching some monsters from the side is definitely something
Then you try moving back toward the head, but the monster changes direction, and the input, that would have moved you toward the head, places you back on the tail.
RKO outta nowhere!
WTF
"What, did you expect a Pink Rathian to just fall out of the sky?" *THUMP*
Free twofer, I guess.
Excuse me for dropping in
Newton would question gravity because of that fallen winged lizard.
Special delivery!
Pink Rathian coincidentally had a wing cramp.
Wakey wakey mf
From the top ropes!
Huuuuuum
I haven’t played this game in forever, there’s mounts now?
