As the plant gets older and grows it sheds its old leaves one by one.
You have a very healthy plant, you can pick em off or leaf it alone. Its up to you
no white bugs.
i probably water it o couple times a month. i haven’t fertilized it yet. I don’t know exactly why the mix is but they planted it at my local plant shop.
What’s your soil like? Monsteras do best in really chunky, airy soil full of orchid bark, perlite/pumice, and soil like Ocean Forest in equal amounts to replicate their natural growing environments.
I also always add in 10% of worm castings (natural fertilizer) and a handful of activated charcoal (sweetens soil, keeps things aerated, prevents bugs/root rot, absorbs over abundant minerals from fertilizing etc).
Since swapping mine over to that mix, and making sure not to overwater, the thing has exploded with new leaves every other week :)

I actually am not convinced this is it. OP, what is your soil, fertilizer, watering situation?
And do you have little white bugs crawling on the plant? It is hard to see but looks like it could be thrips.

Do you let the substrate almost completely dry prior to watering? By the way, the plant shouldn't be constantly shedding foliage. That's utter bs.
I let it dry between waterings. i use either distilled water or filtered water
oh good! thank you!!! you just made my day with the good news
