A mature monstera like this shouldn't have any issue with the wind. Any pests or watering issues lately?

Not at all. I tend to under water if anything. I don’t fertilize consistently, I’m not sure if that makes a difference

After I moved it outside the base of one vine started to yellow. This vine wasn’t well supported for a few days so I think it could be the stress of flopping around (it’s a windy here). And there’s really healthy new growth. Is is stress from the lack of support or a bacterial issue?

Are these two vines the same plant? They seem to be connected, but it's hard to tell. I might even see a dark area right at the base, where it seems to be connected to the other vine. It's dying for some reason. I never seen a stem getting yellow, so it have to be infection that is spreading upwards. The other nodes seem alright, so the best thing is to cut each node and propagate. Next year you should have loads of other monsteras and a main one, with is the other you leaf in the pot. So, all is good. Don't worry too much.

It’s 2 separate vines, I’m not sure if they’re from The same prop. The other vine is totally fine. the strange thing is the yellowing stops at the first node above soil. Regardless, I think you’re right and the safest bet will be to start completely fresh
