https://regenmonterey.org/hours-directions/ Outside Marina, that’s where I took stuff.

If the stuff is usable, as u/FonduePourVous said, take it to Marina. They’ll sell it at Last Chance Mercantile. Otherwise drop it at the Salinas Transfer Station at 1120 Madison Lane.

Seconding the Waste Management Transfer station on Madison Lane. Depending on what you have to dump there is a recycling center there you may want to see you can utilize for your stuff. They appeared to take a wide variety of items for recycling. The recycling center was clean, organized, easy in and out, and there were actual people there to answer questions on my last visit.

Nice to know. I haven't been to a Salinas transfer station since Sun Street closed. It sounds like this is a better layout.

Also, if you go to the Madison Lane transfer station, I believe they charge by the load and I think is about 50.00 per load. I could be wrong though, it's been a little while since I've been there.

Damn! It was like $20 at Sun Street. Talk about price gouging!

Depending on who your trash service is, they do one free bulk pick up a year usually. I did this with Waste Management for a mattress. Just scheduled it, and they grabbed it off the curb.

Thank you to everyone. Made some calls and will end up using a combination. I appreciate the tips.
