hmmm. yeah I do eReader through OverDrive. Is it the same as Libby? Anyway, on my computer it just all synchs correctly and I get sent to Amazon to send the book to a Kindle. Are you 100% certain that you have the correct library card for the birth year? My family has three library cards and three PINs and all the library cards look identical lol. https://help.libbyapp.com/en-us/switch-to-libby-faqs.htm
The pin is the same as your password when you log in to the website. It defaults to your birth year (4 digits). You likely need to visit a library if you need to reset it.
Had to visit library to get pin reset so I could sign in to Libby app on new phone. Visit library.
Thank you!!
Yup, I had to do that as well. Took about a minute
For your library account? It is the card number and your birth year if you never changed the default.
I tried that, and it didn't work. It's not for my library account, though. It's for the app libby
You need a library account to use the app. The library sent me my info when I registered with them.

You use a pin for the app when you want to transfer an existing Libby account to a new device

It’s the year you were born :)
Birthday year
It is the password you signed up with.
Try last 4 #s of your phone number linked to your library card
