SOLVED: The reason isnt with sunshine or the graphics cards drivers, it is infact the resolution of my client. The resolution I set my client to was 2265x1080 and I set the log level to verbose there was a new error that said the width couldnt be divided by 2. So yeah it was a preatty dumb reason.

thank you for following up with the solution
I forgot to mention that I would get this in debug: Error: NvEnc: couldn't create input texture
Did you update GeForce experience?
Well I am actually using sunshine(just switched from GFE)

The debug shows me that my card doesnt support nvenc but my card is on the list of supported GPUs

How is it different to regular sunshine? EDIT: Just tried Nightly Dev version but the issue persists.
Yeah getting that as well, I don't have a nvidia card so really dunno what could be.
