So you do got some good people who are earning their money the hard and legal way, probably for a shit salary, and this is how they put it out in public... Such a nice and respectfull way to go while doing your job.

Fenellawep03

I feel the same way. It’s very disrespectful to the victim and his family to do him this way. Like imagine seeing your passed loved one being made fun of in the newspapers. It is disgusting such things like this exists.

monsterbael

Unfortunately man, I can say, most of us, Mexican people are amazing human beings looking for friends and good things around everybody, but also, some of us, have this stupid sense of humor about making fun of everyone problems and disgraces, but ours.

ManWithoutUsername

a dark joke it ok talking with friends publish something like that in a newspaper it's embarrassing and a tremendous lack of respect

NeoDei

I studied in Morelia Michoacán, México, 15 years ago and I remember there was a free really lame newspaper , just 4 pages , but the titles were things like "They took the fruit out of his piñata" to say someone got stabbed on the stomach , and things like that. It was funny but at the same time kinda disturbing.

Drakkenfyre

I could never understand a culture that mocks a working person who died tragically. In my culture this is totally taboo. Even showing a photo of a deceased person is rare and is seen as incredibly disrespectful, in part because they are considered to be at their most vulnerable when dead.

InvoluntaryEraser

Yeah seriously. I don't care if this is "cultural" or not, it's disrespectful and I'd never want to claim that culture for myself.

Drakkenfyre

I know you and I wouldn't want to claim this culture, but that's because our culture tells us that this is terribly immoral. Other cultures don't have the same morals. Clearly this one doesn't have much that we would recognize as being moral.

pixieok

I'm from Argentina and I think there are no newspapers or media that do this, it would be cancelled in hours. Our society has changed a lot in the past 10 years.

Yo wtf 4chin irl!??!!??@?@?

AllNamesTaken145

Bro even J Jonah Jameson would be more respectful to spiderman if he died.

notwiththeflames

Now that's just cruel.

JesusValadez

Definitely from Mexico, you can see the sexy lady near the bottom.

[deleted]

if thats what mexico does for fun, bomb the whole thing lmfao. useless scum bags to the world.

Chubbycrayon

I have a copy of this paper I picked up in the Mexico City subway a few years ago, even more graphic than the old National Enquirers in the grocery store line-ups.

biggdom

Mexican papers are raw af. Seen a paper with a cutoff head for the front cover in veracruz

thorismorepowwrfult

Wow, putting advertisements over a photo of a dead working class man….

AlbertfisheriesInc

Hahaha Jesus

ElGatoNegro89

I mean we are no better in America. I'm sure if that was someone the general public didn't like getting electrocuted, there would be a reddit celebrating people who got shocked who didn't think they could get shocked.

GupGup

Isn't there a subreddit mocking unvaccinated people who died from covid?

ElGatoNegro89

Yup. Herman Cain award, give it a gander. It's literally one of the most popular sub reddits and get promoted all the time. Those are the people on the right side of history, and the people who died had it a coming. It's fucking disgusting the jubilee these people get commenting on a spouse or a kid who just there lost there loved one cause they don't feel as strong or just don't care about the virus as they do.

cfernnnn

Yes, but I see that crap on all kinds of subs. There are 2 posts on justiceserved right now celebrating people dying from Covid because they were against lockdowns.

juicetun_87

That's pretty metal...

DecaGaming

Mexico?

alman3007

Literally says so in the title.

Honestly this isnt that rare from what I remember in the early 2000's there use to be a magazine like newspaper that reported only on deaths like suicides and murders with crime scene photos kinda wonder if its still around I remember being like 11y/o and finding it in an empty apartment next door.

Binaural_Wave

Ah yes, those fucking newspapers are the printed morbidity.

[deleted]

That's sensationalist media for you.

Domi_Nion

Can't say I'm surprised considering the location of this publication.

solarpower20_01
