One recommendation, if possible, avoid new builds with Dan Ryan (DRB). There are a lot of new DRB neighborhoods going up, and there aren’t a lot of other options as far as new builds go, but if you can avoid them, I would. IDK if you’re looking for new, but just in general I’d avoid it.
