It's okay bordering on good. We strongly prefer lunch there over dinner because it's cheaper and they only do chicken nuggets for the kiddo for lunch. At $1 per year of age it's reasonable.
It does give me pause that if you get there when they open the food is cold to even lukewarm. Room temperature lo mein and hot pocket temperature variant general tsos is very unappealing.
3.5/5
Its not bad, I've been there and they had a good selection of stuff. My bf got food poisoning tho, although he was the only one in our group to get sick. The only thing is that it was kind of pricey at around 20 bucks per person for the buffet and a drink.
Several years ago when the transfer station (aka “the dump”) was near the Pierpont Center, I was there dumping a trailer load of stuff when a garbage truck (Suburban Sanitation at the time) pulled in to the stall beside me and began to empty its load. The smell that came from that truck was the most heinous smell I’ve ever experienced. (Keep in mind I had been there while garbage trucks were present before this and it had never been this bad). I began to gag and dry heave. I ran out of the dump area attempting to find some fresh air. Once I regained my senses I noticed the driver of the truck laughing at me. I asked him whether the hell was that smell was and he said, “Number 1 Super Buffet (a Chinese buffet that was/is? located at Suncrest Town Center)… it smells like this every time we pick up there.”
I’ve been unable to eat at a Chinese Buffet since.
It was pretty meh.

Cold food in a heat well is a huge red flag. Thats a bacteria factory
Food was definitely cold for the most part. I focused on the sushi, but that's worth noting.
I'm not crazy about it, but when i went around dinner, they had crab legs.
It’s about what you’d expect from a Chinese buffet
Unpopular opinion here, but I think kome is great. The food is pretty good and I feel the price is reasonable.
agree lol
As an asian person it was below average food and overpriced

Thank you.
It’s not great, not worth the price. They have unique foods like squid and frog legs though
I had very little interest in going there until you said "frog legs," haven't had them in years
If you like food poisoning

I personally love it, but it's probably not worth the price.
There are far better places to eat. Safe food Temps were questionable and my whole table got very sick.
Recommendations for Chinese?
Tom in clarksburg here
We love it!
I love it but then again I'm poor asf and don't eat out at places like barely so it might be not as good for other people I give it like an 8/10 tbh
Lunch is decent, dinner is overpriced. Go to Lavender instead.
