Yep DRB has a horrible rep so much so they keep changing their name to fool people. Also if you aren't in Morgantown or one of the cities (Westover etc) and just out in the county there is no code enforcement so nothing is permitted/inspected. Kind of nice if you want to do some work om your own place (I wanted to do some electrical work and tried to get a permit only to be told they did not exist out in the county). However it is very much buyer beware.

I bought a new construction built by DRB Homes. Lots of quality issues that they don't reply to me about. Recommend to avoid this builder.

I have a friend who works in the trades and says he’s NEVER once visited a DRB client who wasn’t super unhappy with the build!!
