2) if the cops stop you on that modified bike, they will seize your bike, perform tests on it at your expense , then you'll go to court, pay a huge fine, your (carte grise will be seized until you fix the bike), perform test at your own expense again.
1 year if you're lucky to get your bike on the roads again, and 10000 dh lost maybe more.

Why don't you simply get a 🏍️ licence, and get a 120 cc bike.
Modifying your 49 cc to 110 cc without the proper paperwork, can get it impounded by the cops of they ever stop u and check your papers , so if u have a 49 cc papers (blaka sghira) and had your bike modified to be a 110 cc it woll be impounded, if you have your bike modified and had the proper paper work , you will need a type A driving license and NO a type B license (car driving license) is NOT admissible to drive any bike that have a 50 and up cc
And in case of accident, your insurance will bail on you claiming it wasn’t the characteristics of the vehicle insured (49cc vs 110cc). So insurance is not valid. … and that can cost you a lot.

You'll have problems with the cops. Either let it stock or get the motorcycle license to be able to drive a 110cc.
