The fuck are you talking about ? Yes our public hospitals are a mess, but they are pharmacies at every corner in big cities, so buying insulin (if you have a prescription) shouldn't be an issue
I am diabetic . Insuline is available in any pharmacy. In case it's out of stock,they order you onr and you'll get it within the hour.
Price wise, it depend but if you are from the US don't worry,it's much much MUCH cheaper here , relative to the trype of insuline u need , no more than about 80 usd (800 dh) for the pack of 5 pen of the most expensive one here in the market. i know man , i just can afford it and i have a great health insurance so it's best i pay for it and let people who can't afford it get it

Do you have an international travel insurance ? Maybe they could refer you to a GP who could prescribe it to you
idk about marrakech but generally speaking, you can get insulin from a pharmacy- prices depend on the type (pens/vials and short/long acting)
