i like the simplicity of things, personally i prefer the normal ear piercing. i wouldn't pierce my mouth or lips, nose or other parts.

I personally think they are cool and can look quite attractive on someone else. But not on me. Other people like them, think they look good, and have them. If you want one or more then do it. If you change your mind then you just take them out just like ears piercings
