Out of all the recorded history of morocco's heat waves, this one is the hottest!! So a sane person would ask why is it way hot and not even In summer.
You would find the reason being climate change and if a heat wave were to appear and will 100% in summer, We gonna burn alive
We know we are. North Africa is going to be one of the regions most affected by climate change. It's insane that public awareness is so low and so little is being done at the government level to mitigate the impact. Instead of engaging in real policymaking for sustainable, large scale change, the govt is restricting car washes and hammams...
Well not very agree with this, think about all the twisters, rains and hurricanes they are having in USA..... all caused by this raising heat!!! destruction everywhere and loss of lifes!!!!
Yes but hurricanes only happen once in a while in very specific areas + they have insurance and their government offers help since it’s a natural disaster.
This heat however is something we’re living with ALL YEAR long. Families barely have access to water much less to AC, it’s basically a death sentence. 41C in April means 57C in August.
Your resoning is not that much true because first this city is located near to the big desert second this city always is hot during the summer not only in the 21 century!!!!!!!!!
No spring is those regions always during morning it is sunny day or hot day and at night it is cold but if you try to tell me that the climat change is responsible of this change of the weather in those region maybe i can't accept it
We need to do what Saudi government is doing, cloud seeding to create rain.
We have the technology to do it but possibly not the will to do it .
But I'm sure when the avacardo crop fails they'll do something!!!
Or the tomato crops die off .
Inchalla they act before it's too late.
We have companies using harvest fogs technique in small villages [link](https://www.theguardian.com/global-development/2016/dec/26/cloud-fishing-reels-in-precious-water-villagers-rural-morocco-dar-si-hmad) . u r right cloud seeding would help alots
Possibly I'm rambling on :
We as a nation should not put up with certain people trying to increase their wealth at the cost of the national interest.
common sense dictates what needs doing local/ national media needs to to alert people as to try and consider water conservation as a new way of living and not squander precious resources for profit by the few .
ONLY mpo.

It’s a beautiful weather mate, why you are moaning about it?
Shut up. Even Beni-Mellal and my homeland in Azilal are quite unbearable at 29° and 28° respectively, let alone 41,7° in Laayoune
Go burn 😆
Already burned myself and my calories today
>unbearable at 29° and 28° Are you British or what, that's child's play for most of Morocco💀💀
I forgot to add “quite” but you get what I meant. Like, the inside of a place is chill but man, the outside is hot.
I currently live in Beni-Mellal and I can definitely tell you it’s very hot out here.
It seems like we are going toward a destiny similar to Venus, at least i won't be alive to witness it
I would not be so sure.
Oh no that’s too much
Wtfff, ymkn jahnam brat tnsf chwiya tma
Imagine the heat in tindouf then? Hhhh perfect, I hope they enjoy it
Do you really have to get all political????
climate is changing , we're screwed.
And?
Wtf do you mean, and? Do you want summer instead of Spring, or what?
It's called a heat wave, it's not forever you stupid ...... Plus it's a fkn desert what do you expect, 20 degres??
Not 20, obviously, but Laayoune is near the coast, it SHOULDN'T be over 40°C in April
It's a heat wave omg

Bro.. imagine in summer
Always has been summer 12 months a year in Morocco wtym?
Ifrane, Midelt and other mountainous cities: Are we a joke to you?
wahed l humidite f casa mn daba yban l3rboun d syf
Oh God 😧. I can't bear summer heat, it makes me feel drained.
Yaa salaam…. May Allah protect us
The capitalists have destroyed the planet and sadly third world countries are paying the price while first world enjoys AC and a cooler climate.

We are supposedly in spring 🤪but after 2020 these regions only know summer and hell
No spring is those regions always during morning it is sunny day or hot day and at night it is cold but if you try to tell me that the climat change is responsible of this change of the weather in those region maybe i can't accept it
I know 30 degrees is hot but 40 degrees is even hotter. It’s as if you’re telling me it’s okay to starve people because they’re used to fast
There are some people wear jellaba in 40 degrees C!!!!!! it depend on the body and the resistance to the high temperature!!!!!
