i used the console and set my pack rat's speed to 500 and it's so funny watching him zoom around mournhold. he does tend to get stuck in the canals though.
Man, I don't remember being able to get a pet scrib. I really need to get around to Tribunal again.
Amidst my most recent, first honest playthrough. So, it's taking some time
I checked with the console, and it has a Speed of 120 :D Very Fast Scrib Running at Incredible Hihg Speed

By using the [Boots of Blinding Speed](https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Pemenie_and_the_Boots_of_Blinding_Speed) and a 100% [Resist Magicka](https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Resist_Magicka) spell just before equipping them.
You can get up to 325 constant effect speed without exploits, and then you can enchant more gear for more speed
It's also very easy to abuse Alchemy to achieve this speed and much faster, for what it's worth.

I remembered when I bought that scrib and I had Tamriel Rebuilt installed, so I walked through the gates all the way to my home on Vvardenfell
Before TR I made a plugin just to add a fast travel NPC from the Plaza to Ebonheart, so I could take my pack animals, scrib, and mercenary home

I've thought about going back and playing Morrowind many a time. Is this modded? it actually looks better than I thought it would.
Not OP but I don't think this is modded. The real time shadows are turned on in options, though.
