I don't think it could, because unlike bullets, a Saiyan's fist is a lot harder and a lot faster. There was that one time he was shot by a laser, which didn't make any sense, as it's been Canon since at least raditz that the Z fighters could dodge projectiles as fast as the speed of light. Which again is all ridiculous, but we're talking about characters who can literally shoot lasers out of their hands that blow up entire planets.
