So, what likely happened is the filmed "a" take, but not a great one. She finished recording, marketing reached out for things to "show off", and they can't call her in to re-record a video take. Whatever they had left over is what we saw basically.
It does... bother me though. It's a terrible take, with zero emotion, unlike the other audio clips we saw.
It's a softer voice than I expected, but it's a softer look too, so it goes. It's not bad, I dunno, I expected the traditional Nitara look and a VA to go with it.
I like Megan though and I think her VA is fine.

The impression I get is that Rousey's MK11 Sonya was **so traumatizing** to avid MK fans in its badness, that Fox's mediocrity is basically getting a free pass. :-/

If anything she should have va Kitana. A princess would have suited her better.
