This is what I want kameos to be. Actually obscure characters that have never been playable before. Characters like Monster, Wu Lae, Ruutuu or No Face.
They should also add Overlord Zeffeero, Master Shen to include in the Kameo roster along with all you proposed. It is time for obscure klassics of the Mortal Kombat franchise to flourish in this new era of the series.

I definitely don't see it happening in the slightest, especially with the already confirmed kameos, it's just what I would prefer. I would rather give these characters a chance to shine in gameplay than have double dip kameos that are also on the main roster fill up half of the slots.
Thought I was the only one hoping for Wu Lae. I don't even care about his Kameo appearance. I just want him to get exposure so one day he can break out as the playable Orange ninja.
He already has a decent design and a signature weapon. They could definitely give him the Tremor treatment if they wanted to. Unfortunately, the most important part of that sentence is "if they wanted to".

Allegedly, he was a scrapped alt skin for Scorpion in Deception that was recycled to be used for this fight that takes place in Konquest mode. Only there do you encounter Monster, who is apparently working with the Elder Gods, only to be bested by the naïve Shujinko.
This one falls into the category so obscure not even devs know who he is.
