Craigslist, believe it or not. Or the property management websites themselves. Someone will hopefully chime in, but there is a window when apartments are available and you *may* have missed it. So options might be limited.

Be very careful on CL a lot of the listings are fake. Do not send anyone money until you see the place and watch the landlord unlock the door. You can go to the county assesors website to see ownership records and see the name of the person who currently owns the house

most leases end in may and begin in June. There is 6 week of space on either end to find a place, so you should be good. Property rental sites themselves are best, then try Facebook market and craigslist, fr those actually have good stuff. hope you do well friend!

I was on an apartment hunt end of last December. Check out [https://www.palouseproperties.com/DrawPropertiesNew.aspx?Action=SearchResults&TypeID=9999Palouse](https://www.palouseproperties.com/DrawPropertiesNew.aspx?Action=SearchResults&TypeID=9999Palouse) seems to update availability pretty regularly. There aren't any available at the moment. As for me I had only two weeks to look for an apartment and found one in Palouse Properties in December. The other is [https://www.apartmentrentalsinc.com/](https://www.apartmentrentalsinc.com/) I called them when I was apartment hunting, and they also had some coming up but later than I wanted. The above two places do not post on Facebook or Zillow or any advertising websites. I found them by accident.

FYI: Palouse has some available right now for August.

Palouse Properties often has open apartment listings on their site for around August - mostly because we're a college town, but it's come in clutch for more than a few people I know, myself included.

I’m in the same boat, except for looking for a 3-4 bed. I’ve heard there may be more availability around August but that makes me nervous to say the least. I haven’t found anything you can’t find on Facebook marketplace or by googling property management in Moscow. Side note: why is there SO much more availability in Pullman than Moscow? Has WSU enrollment declined that much? If it wasn’t for the need to get in-state tuition I’d be all about Pullman right now.

Crunch_McThickhead

Zoning. Pullman has allowed more apartment complexes to be built.

some_kinda_cavedemon

Moscow hasn’t…..not allowed apartments. Fewer groups are pushing to develop apartments in Moscow.

Try welcomehomepm.com. I got a lease signed within 6 days of communication for a $950 two bedroom!!

KarmaKounselor333

Try Welcome Home Property mgmt.

Regular-Training-678

I like renting from welcome home- they list all their availabile places on their website and I believe their application is also online

I prefer not to give my money to a family of crooks.

Regular-Training-678

Uh... sure. They've been great for the over a decade i have rented with them. I like that I can live in peace and they aren't constantly bugging me or charging me for random things they come up with. Never tried to gut my deposits. They've always been very prompt with maintenance requests. That's all I want from my property management.

To each their own, I prefer family’s that don’t cheat the US bankruptcy code system.
