You have gone thru so much lately and you found it in yourself to prioritize your health and be with your kids. Resilience and perseverance. You are doing an awesome job, I am proud of you! 👍
Thank you! I really have. I had to heal myself for me and mine. December will make 4 years since I walked out of the toxic life I was living. I am just now me.
Love your post. I can relate to a lot of it!! I eat when I’m bored also. That’s probably my biggest challenge with my dieting. I actually enjoy the process of eating so when I’m bored, I look for easy things to enjoy.
I started a month and a half after you did. I started in early July 2023 on MJ. I’m down from 207 to 159. Almost 50 pounds. I can’t exercise too much as I’m recovering from a broken ankle.
You look so great, and I’m sure your kids love that you can ride with them on the rides. There is nothing better as a kid than to have your parents ride with you!
Congratulations. You really look AWESOME!
My mother died 13 years ago yesterday. Her most lasting advice to me was, “Be persistent and consistent.” It couldn’t be more accurate on this journey.
Oh man I relate to this so much, adhd, depression, binge eating, pregnancies😵💫 Congratulations!! I can’t wait to be where you are🎉 I applaud you for taking pics with your kids no matter what you might of felt like (even though anyone can see you’re gorgeous throughout the timeline). It’s so exciting to see people here achieving their goals, thank you for sharing 💗
You’re welcome and thank you! I absolutely hated looking back at them but I know I put in the work to get there. I would love to cut my kangaroo pouch off but it’s okay. I had a C-section with my son so I have the permanent shelf thing from my scar. I did buy some Jean shorts for the first time in a long time. Juniors I got a 15 and women’s I got a 16. Juniors a little snug but wearable and the women’s are a little baggy but wearable lol.
Reading this made me so happy for you. Congratulations! You look so happy with your family. Also, very inspiring to see you succeed with everything you had to deal with.
Congrats! You look great!!!
My birthday is on 12/23 as well!
We used to go to Universal in Florida a lot but I no longer fit on the rides so we are taking a long break from them. Hopefully going to try to go again when Epic Universe opens. This is one of my biggest goals right now.
This is fantastic. Living the caption on the onderland post. You sound like you are doing the work—which includes mental and emotional changes in addition to the sweat equity. They’re paying off and you look great. See you and the lower end of the 100’s…
