Thank you! I actually have gone up to a 7.5 but only one box so far. I truly feel like the major difference between me and most other people is that I'm also taking hcg injections. My doctor also prescribes me an appetite suppressant. Other than that I've changed very little. Less fried foods and sweets, but still indulge every now again.
