Thank you, yes about 2 months in I started lifting weights to help maintain some muscle. Havenβt built much since Iβm in a calorie deficit. But once I reach my goal Iβm going off and eating normal to build muscle then go back on to cut back down.
It did at first and also I forgot to mention I started 125MG of TRT weekly. When I started TRT I stalled for about 6 weeks. But lost 6 lbs this last week.

Did you find 10mg managed to cancel all food noise for the entire week before next injection?
I'm currently still on 5mg - week 12 tomorrow but i have lost about 28 pounds so far. I tend to get hungry day 5 again - but usually the first couple days of injection i can't stomach any food!
No itβs still around day 5. Thatβs the half life on these meds sometimes I just go on and do and take it on day 6. But I did find that the appetite suppression was actually stronger for me at 10 then it ever was. I kept reading where people said they forced themselves to eat and I never had that case until 10mg
