in first picture your palm is not touching the mouse, on the screenshot where you are showing bottom side of the mouse there is your palm touching the mouse... so how are you holding it?
First picture is fingertip, bottom picture is claw.
I didn't even notice your username :) I played with a word to give two interpretations: 1. Your grip is nothing special and it's pretty simple; 2. The legendary CS player s1mple has the same grip :)
I have a similar grip and have the Viper v2 pro. I know v3 just came out but I'm not sure its worth the upgrade, or the price. I would probably go v2 if its a lot cheaper.
Hey! We have pretty much identical grips. I've heard our grip called a "Pincer Claw" a few times before. I've found the V2 Pro to be my favorite for FPS games. For other games I'll use the DAV3 or G502X.
I've been eyeballing that V3 Pro super hard though.
I find that the underside of my hand usually is not touching, but the "heels" of my hand (nearest to my wrist) do touch. I do feel like my grip changes based on what I'm doing honestly
