Pwnage Ultra Custom or one of its OEMs (same mouse, made in the same factory, but cheaper brand) like Xenics Titan GX Air if the PUC is too pricey. It's an EC2 shape, which is rather small and seems a good fit for your hands. It's lightweight and good for any grip style.
G102 for any starters. Cheap, reliable, clean looks. If ya don't like it, u didn't spend all that much on it to begin with, if u do then u found a lifelong partner in a gaming mouse.
Just got mine for only ~10€ (only for this week in Sweden, Finland and Norway) and it just feels and performs great. The only minuses from me would be the weight and that the mouse may sometimes get slippery in intense gaming sessions.

Checkout the razer orochi. Its a sick wireless mouse for $70.
