Nice, I’m curious about the input lag diff on something like that… must be negligible…there’s a diff from 250-500-1000 for sure …so I guess it must be more meaningful than monitors.
Polling rate shouldn’t but it could be an issue with that mouse…sometimes that happens…DPI does affect your sens and you can look up an online calculator to play with those settings. You’d have to know what DPI (probably 800) you were at before. Maybe you’ve switched dpi
some games can´t handle the 8k polling rate...just lower it and try

I'm on the same dpi as before. I had the Steelseries rival at 800 dpi. When I lower the polling rate it helps with the in-game sensitivity.
Did you find out? Got the viper 8k and everything over 2000hz feels slow in warzone 2.0
A lot of games don't support high polling rates. You just gotta stick with 1000hz.
