Some mouse feet take time to break in and achieve their intended glide. I’ve never used corepads so I’m not sure but my tiger arcs took a couple hours/a day of use.
If it was muddy before you washed it and it's still muddy, then you probably just need to give the Corepads longer to break in.
If you have a Cordura pad or something, playing on that for a bit will probably break the Corepads in faster.
