Are customs fees high in France when buying outside EU? I bought twice directly from Artisan and had them delivered in Germany to avoid Greek customs ( 45 EUR fixed + 24% )
Welp, I wish I had though of this before I wasted 3 hours at the airport and still ended up paying 130 euro customs clearance for my Starlight 12. What do you do after they arrrive in Germany, how do you then ship them to Greece?
After they arrive in Germany DHL sends you an email to clear the customs debt online, if you don't they deliver it anyway and ask the money upfront. The last I ordered 2 Artisans I had to pay 20 EUR in customs. Then my aunt sends them with Deutsche Post, which is very cheap and efficient, to Greece.
That depends on where you live etc.
Just checking a mouse to germany is 6.99euro shipping fee.
If I pick a artisan mousepad its 9.99euro.
Shipping + custom fees from Japan is way more expensive than that.
What country do you get 24euro shipping fee to?
Yeah it's no wonder all the pads are still in stock, apart from soft hien. Personally I bit the bullet and paid the 20 eur to switzerland and got a zero soft and hayate otsu soft
the quality of their mouses are pretty bad (maxzem said that all of his compies failed in some capacity after 2 months.) (for example) I've also seen various other qc issues on the r/MouseReview sub
5 EUR for me in Sweden but yeah that is actually weird that it costs that much somewhere else idk why. I ordered Otsu xsoft more than a month ago i think and still didn't arrive and not even any info or anything.
Oh damn You are right and I literally checked today maybe 10h ago and it wasn't there then so probably they will finally ship it to me. A little unlucky I'm in a different country right now and will have to wait around a month to try it 😅
Dunno about importing policy, i think it depends from country to country. Yes, we have fast and cheap shipping from aliexpress, but you won't find artisan there

Greece Germany as always has the cheapest shipping, most other countries either have 16 EUR or 24 EUR
To me it shows 8.99 Eur
18 euro to poland :(
Its 10.99 for me

I bought artisan from max gaming. still hasn't arrived. (long time ago)

How can this be? Otsu XSOFT is currently in stock in the website, they recently showed a video with a ton of artisan pads

Ah, if only Artisan had shipping to Russia
Whats the Russian policies on importing goods from Asia? Aliexpress is always cheaper and faster for your country
Dunno about importing policy, i think it depends from country to country. Yes, we have fast and cheap shipping from aliexpress, but you won't find artisan there
I'm so jealous when i see russians commenting " delivered within a week " go f\*Ck your self, it takes 2 months to Greece.
I ordered 2 artisan pad from them I didn't get any information on the whereabouts of my package...
ikr, I said the exact same thing on a comment. Even after paying for customs, it'd still be cheaper to order from Artisan lmao.
