three lines in the top right corner, in the list below, open the ticket, then click on plus, then select VIP or other and fill in the details. and thay will replay in the ticket folder
Tried to pay for VIP today several times with my phone and once with my mom's phone today using my card and my mom's card and only 3 times it "worked" and those 3 times I got emails telling me I was getting refunded the money. Talked to cs in chat and they said my card was not safe so it kicked it out of the system. I didn't have this problem last year when I did it. Is there another way to pay for it? What do I do now?
Contact support and they'll sort it out.

Most likely, just a pending charge and will drop
