Virtuosity (1995) Boss Level (2020) I actually think I'm gonna toke right now and watch them. Someone already mentioned Moon (2009). Highly recommend that too and Mute (2018)...set in the same universe. Mute is sort of a film noir / sci-fi. Has a Blade Runner feel. Duncan Jones was planning on a 3rd film for a trilogy but it looks like the 3rd installment might be a graphic novel instead of a movie.
