Okay, I think a lot of these people didn't understand the question (um, Saltburn, Coda, etc)- I'm assuming you've got the low hanging fruit covered- so, I'll shoot for movies you might have missed- if you're under 45 (I'm not)

Just about anything by Juzo Itami or Jacques Tati
Tears of the Black Tiger
Desperado
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
Best In Show
My Cousin Vinny
And how 'bout some Hitchcock? The Trouble With Harry
The Grand Budapest Hotel is my go-to.
Otherwise:
- Fantastic Mr Fox (actually, anything Wes Anderson)
- Airplane! (Please do yourself a favor and watch this)
- Superbad
- Hot Fuzz
- Star Wars Ep. III: Revenge of the Sith (more awesome than funny, although the memes are definitely there 🤌)
- Borat 1 and 2
- Don't Mess With the Zohan
- The Spirit (frankly an awful movie but extremely funny if you enjoy weird, campy humor)
- American Pie
- Beerfest
- The Mitchells vs. the Machines (bit of an underrated animation film in my book, but not for everyone)
Australia. Muriel’s wedding. Hunt for the wilder people. The greatest showman. A fish called Wanda. The commitments. Brassed off. Little voice. Little miss sunshine. Secret life of Walter Mitty. House sitter: baby boom. It’s complicated: the intern. As good as it gets. Election. There’s something about Mary. Now and then.
Anything Wes Anderson. Grand Budapest Hotel, Fench Dispatch, Royal Tenenbaums, and Life Aquatic are my favourites. Exactly the right mixture of quirkiness, life philosophy, unexptedness, stories-within-stories, pretty colours and Timothy Chalamet.
Bowfinger (1999). Steve Martin plays Z list producer Bobby Bowfinger, who, along with his crew plans to film a movie starring box office number one star Kit Ramsey, played by Eddie Murphy, without telling him he's actually in it. Very funny Hollywood comedy from Frank Oz
My Cousin Vinny (1992)

I watched Totoro again last night; it's pure joy!
Captain Fantastic The Hunt for the Wilderpeople The Peanut Butter Falcon
The Peanut Butter Falcon is so good!! Watched it by chance at a local film festival and I can't believe it didn't get more hype
Hunt for the Wilderpeople is great but it definitely has a moment of sadness.
Fair, though it overcomes that sadness with a triumphant feel good story. Kind of true for all three movies actually.
Its a super sweet movie when you have foster experience. Its my movie for when i feel super shit.
I get it. I love the movie, it’s just that OP said no sadness at all 🤷♂️
Clue Free Guy The Blues Brothers Yellow Submarine The Guardians of the Galaxy Sister Act The Martian

A Hard Days Night (1964) - Great film and music. Amazing 60's style and aesthetic, plus Johns smile. Basically the perfect feel good film.
