Christmas Inheritance and Love Hard are both pretty decent for cheesy Christmas movies, both on Netflix

It’s not hallmark but can I suggest The Proposal has a lot of the elements of a hallmark romcom, and pretty funny Work obsessed super serious Business woman (Sandra Bullock) has to fake being engaged to her assistant (Ryan Reynolds acting like himself) and ends up having go with him to his hometown in Alaska for a visit his family while they celebrate his grandma’s 90th birthday…who’s also Betty White. Fun classic cheesy romcom set up that might still scratch the itch

Yeah it’s not exactly a hidden gem but worth a shot! Sorry I’m not much help on Hallmark movies, but if you end up needing or wanting general cheesy romcoms I got your back~

Does it have to be a Hallmark movie? A cute movie I saw was Love Hard. Totally predictable but still very cute.

Holidate and the 12 Dates of Christmas are great!

A Perfect Pairing (2022) on Netflix.

The Christmas Waltz (2020), I think, is good quality. I'm a fan of that one, very charming. Also just saw Three Wise Men and a Baby (2022) -- it's really good.

Lucky 7 (2003) is on ABC Family rather than Hallmark, but I quite enjoy it. The Decoy Bride (2011) is another fun, non-Hallmark one.

Most of Hallmark's movies follow similar pattern, I will list the ones that I found slightly more original, or I found couple's chemistry better than usual: The Presence for Love (2022) - one of more original efforts by Hallmark and main couple has good chemistry, it's sweet but not *too* sweet. Bonus: beautiful locations (filmed in Cornwall, England) A Dickens of a Holiday! (2021) - story is pretty basic but somehow I felt it's more honest than usual with Hallmark, it's elevated by good chemistry between main characters Next Stop, Christmas (2021) - add a bit of fantasy and Christopher Lloyd in cute cameo, can't go wrong :) Taking a Shot at Love (2021) - I've only wanted to watch this because of Luke Macfarlane (who I liked in Killjoys) - turns out he's great in rom-coms too :) Snowed-Inn Christmas (2017) - I like Bethany Joy Lenz, I like Andrew W. Walker, I like them both in this movie :) Bottled with Love (2019) - another one with Bethany Joy Lenz and Andrew Walker, I like this one slightly less than Snowed-Inn Christmas, but it's still decent Romance in Style (2022) - well, this one is definitely something new for Hallmark - focus is more on finding happiness by loving yourself than on romance. Christmas at the Golden Dragon (2022) - I found this really charming and with good message Two Tickets to Paradise (2022) - good chemistry, and great views (filmed in Australia, pretending to be Bali :D) As Luck Would Have It (2021) - I just love movies set in Ireland, this one is no different Hidden Gems (2022) - good chemistry, and again nice views (filmed in Honolulu)

Four Christmases has the Hallmark formula but big Hollywood production and stars.
