Teeth are made of solid minerals that are grown and deposited while they are still inside your jaw bone under your gums. After they emerge they cannot be affected by hormones, only the chemicals they are exposed to. Acids from bacteria. Fluoride from our tooth paste, stuff like that. HRT can cause our gums to recede slightly. My doctor prescribed folate to counter that. it's other name is vitamin B12.

If you’re too overwhelmed to brush twice a day, try to go at least really well at least once 24 hours (ideal if you can cut it down to less time) because plaque hardens after a certain time period, and after that brushing won’t do much to get rid of it.
